Feeling Normal
Dear Readers, I've fallen behind for many a reason. I talk with Modesto just about every day now. I see him more than any of my other friends; including those that live here in SoMa.
I want to make a documentary about Modesto. If you or someone you know, can donate a video camera, I would be eternally grateful. Until then, I will collect his stories and tell them here, as well as the stories that we tell each other about him. And the stories that Modesto tells about us.
About Me
I've been living in SoMa (South of Market), San Francisco for 20 years. I was born in the Bronx. I'm active in two community gardens in SoMa.
I know most of the homeless guys in my neighborhood. They watch my back.
